📱AVOIDING TECH NECK: Strengthen your neck (extensors)

💻The muscles of the neck largely dictate the position of the neck. Lack of movement and exercise will lead to weaker neck muscles that are less able to support the head and neck.

🖥STEPS:
1) Get on all fours and push your hands into the ground.
2) Extend the neck as far as possible without pain (lift toward the ceiling).
3) Flex the neck as far as possible without pain (lower toward the ground).
4) Start with doing 3 sets 10 reps daily. After a week increase to 3 sets of 20 daily.
