from singapore here. food served outside in hawker centre and food courts are high in carbs, mainly because they are cheap compared to proteins and make you feel "full" faster. even chicken rice shops serve a few slices of chicken flesh and ALOT of rice then charge you 3-4 bucks for it. the only way to cook the food yourself.

Hey Jordan. Had a quick question which always boggles me. What happens if we skip a day. What happens to the body? If we're used to a 5 day regimen, then does it work if we skip a day due to unavoidable circumstances and try to get an additional day in from the rest of the two days? Or wait for the next week entirely? What are your thoughts on that?
