This Truck is not really cheap anymore was under 20k when it came out and now its 27k probably marked to 35-40k at the dealers what a bummer.

These things had a base msrp of $20k a few years ago when they came out. $7, 000 is a huge jump in a short time. That’s not inflation that’s greed.

Ahhhh ...the $20K new truck from EVER get one for $20K? Ever??? Now it's $25K to start. So that's $35K to start in the dealers hands.

I love most of the new changes but really don’t like that they got rid of physical controls for climate control. That’s a big stinker for me.

Front end looks a lot better. Too bad it's not really cheap anymore.

What happened to it being a simple cheap option?

So now they start at $27K? Price has gone up that much in 3 years? So much for an inexpensive and affordable truck 🤣

I see quite a few of these around my town but they're mostly the XL's. The parts stores around here are using them too

Does it track and sell your data and can you turn it off? This stat needs to be listed along with HP and MPG.

I have a 23 XLT Hybrid that had a window sticker of $28, 790 including destination (I had price protection and employee pricing but that is another story). Throw in the same options on a 2025 and it looks to be north of $33, 000 for a 2025. I'm happy with the large price increases since 22/23 only because it helps mine maintain resale value.

if ford were to make this truck single row and long bed, it will be a perfect delivery / parts truck for a lot of small business.

Dealer greed will kill the Maverick in a few years due to rapidly increasing prices.

I bought mine in October 2021 and it was $20, 000 start . I got the XL with the 4K tow package awd, bedliner, and a few other options and out the door was around 26, 000 so if you played it more and waited.

I don't understand why manufacturers think all trucks have to have 4drs. If it was available in 2dr it could have like a 6" bed

Really excited about the hybrid powertrain with all wheel drive. Bummed about the bigger infotainment system and all the un-needed bells and whistles to jack up the price.

I just priced an XL AWD Hybrid with 4K tow package (in that super nice green) for $32K. I think that's fair when you think of its great mileage and good capability (payload, towing). It's a nice little trucklet. Just what I need. For me the Ranger and Tacoma are overkill and at least 8K more.

From WC, All is good as is as I see it, I would like to see an Extra cab and a little longer bed!

I ordered a 2023 the first week the order bank was opened. Basic XL with the max tow being the only option. It never got built. I presume mine was low priority because the XL just isn't the big profit mover. They wanted me to convert to a 2024. I just said forget it. Now it's unaffordable, and frankly, my 2019 Taurus is having so many issues with the 'infotainment system', I don't want to even bother with screens anymore. My brick radio never broke.

An increase in base prices of 25%+ from the 2022 launch year, ok, the 2.0 I4 turbo HP is down because they are supposedly using the rating for California for all, why not just have an asterisk by California model
