Loved this Qigong practice this morning. I appreciate it so much how you remind us to keep the movement s "light and enjoyable, " and to relax as much as possible. This really helps me as I have a tendency to try too hard in the past causing strain and exercise related injury. I love the message you send to "Be kind and gentle to your body, " and give us permission to"take it slow, " in a world that is all about speed. thank you so much, i have a bad back from a work accident always look for exrcises that help me alleviate the pain, i thought this was about that but its more to strengthen your back to orevent issues so i enjoyed it but it does irritate my pain areas, done it twice already cuase i do enjoy it .thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏

Came here looking for strengthening and relief of lower back pain
Got so much more
This realy helped opening up and the flow of Qi
Sometimes we forget how even 5 -10 min a day of simple stretching can go a long way
I hope (little lazy when it comes to physical exercise) to add this simple Qigong practice daily

Hi kseny, happy friday! Found this most helpful as I have a sore lower back either from lifting something heavy at work or india pulling in the lead when she is scared. Will be doing other practices to help get rid of the pain!😁🐶🐶
