OMG I hope you saved the pulp known as "okara" in Japanese. You can find recipes on how to use it, it is very high in nutrients and I think Korean and Chinese also use it too!

Love the recipe, I usually use that as a cheese replacement for vegan pizza. I mess up sometimes and put too much salt in though.... I am far too addicted to silk tofu and lazy to try and make tofu, so props for you for doing doing this.

I bake plant based soft coconut cookies with the left over pulp (called Okara) from my soya milk or tofu so it doesn’t get wasted!! They’re delicious!!! 😍😍

Besides the okara ( pulp), you should also keep and utilize the "go" (whey).
Used to be a bumper sticker around my town that said "Tofu makers flow with the go." Also used to be an open cauldron fresh tofu shop.
