I bought a metor lake lenovo thinkbook 14+, u5 32g 85wh battery. I tested wifi play ytb vp9 video 4k60p (Cozy Fireplace 4K), balance mode, 80% bright, it last 6 hours with rest 6% battery.

If power save mode, it can hold 7 hours.

Which shock me is this thin laptop can run red alert 3 with 4k resolution ultra quality smoothly. cool.

My daughter is using it now. After one day in high school, still abt 50% battery left, pretty good.

PLEASE, I want this to be true.

I had to purchase a Macbook Pro just for this reason. But hell I miss Windows.

WIndows has been performing better than my expectations while emulating it.


P.S:
I don't know why videos are used to benchmark battery life. That's awful as they're offloaded to the GPU. I want to see CPU spikes, like in programming, video editing, etc.
