Very interesting. I'm trying to get out of my desk job to be more mobile.

I hope to see a video on proper walking and running!

Hi Roger, I'm a nerd who sits with his laptop all day, and this video doesn't explain how I should move, or how it should feel, I have no idea if I'm doing this right!
Could you maybe make a video with more information?
I feel like there's a lot of things to getting this down properly. What helped you?

Love the approach and the tutorials. Critiques: the intros are long and the actual tutorials are short. Repeat the movements so we don't have to keep seeking back to replay por favor! Thanks for the info

Saw the TED talk, tried the exercise, went looking for more information. When I push in on the heels, I don't feel it in my glutes, I feel it in my calves. I need to actively engage my glutes before I feel it, but you said it had to be a movement, not engaging a muscle. What am I doing wrong?

First, I have to say, you're one of the most beautiful-looking people I've ever seen. You practically won the DNA lottery. Second, I'm not 115 kilos at 5'6"... People have always told me I don't look as big as the scale says, but I just turned 39 years old and am now starting to feel it. Is working on my posture something I should do after dropping some weight, or are you saying that working on my posture will help me lose weight and get a better body?

I don't really understand step 1. are you swiveling your ankles in or out? Also how would you recommend flat footed people stand? (I'm severely flat footed)

Hi, I just came from your tedx talk video
Would you recommend switch to a standing desk? I am computer engineer and need to be in front of screens most of the day
thanks

Does this mean that while standing there is almost no or very little pressure on the ball of the big toe?

Hey Roger! Thanks for uploading this video! I've been waiting for it ever since I watched your TED talk :)
I naturally revert to my bad posture, especially if I'm tired.
Is the key to simply to keep fixing my posture whenever I remember?
Or strengthening related muscles makes it easier?

But you have way less balance when you stand like this. I mean when the legs are closed.

Hey Roger, good stuff.

Sometimes when I stand like this, my feet make a sort of V. Is that OK? Or should I have my feet pointing straight forward

I have excessive knee popping/snapping, could anything help this?

I saw your Ted talk today. Excellent 😊 Just what I was looking for. I have been enrolling myself in posture courses but unfortunately they don't clarify your doubts. Do you have any course that you offer that I could possibly take?

does the shoulder and belly button position also applys while sitting? probably because of years of bad posture it feels unconfortable and painful when I sit like that

Hey Roger, I wondered if you have any advise on how to fix a winged scapula.
Also the stance you are promoting is not my natural stance, so I'll always have to think about how I'm standing when I'm standing. Will this (always thinking about how I'm standing) go away in the future?
Kind regards, Wouter
