Three things: one mountain and two fish.

For anyone who got a good laugh out but didn't really understand, we say "allt er þegar þrennt er" which as the joke says directly translates to "everything is when there are three things" but what it actually means is "third time's the charm"

In English some people say that "everything comes in threes" it's moderately superstitious.

In Swedish, if it's bad things, we say "It's the law about everything's devilness" or "One misfortune rarely arrives alone"

We have a similar saying in Sweden. It isn't related to have a lot of things happen to you, but your video made me think of it. It goes like this (translated ofc):
The world will end when three things happen, pigs are flying, the hell freezes to ice and Finland wins Eurovision

In Norway we say: 'Alle gode ting er tre', = All good things are three (equivalent to 'All things come in threes'). :D

We actually have a joke about that and Finnish people...😅 That in Finland, they only learn to count to three, because you have one, two, three, many.😂 Also works for Sami, needing to count reindeer.

I hope you'll share in future clips the phrase in the Icelandic language too! 💙

The German language has this kind of saying as well, although it is a little altered. In German it says “Alle guten Dinge sind 3.“ Which simply means, all good things are three(-fold).
