I’m finally in therapy for my legs and doing well. Two years ago, I was in a very bad place after being in the ICU, then I found your channel and started to hope again. I started therapy in March, finished last week and will be going in to my therapist for a check-up. I love the fact I can exercise sitting down. Wow! Good morning Mike. I just finished doing this new video comprising arms, legs, cardio and I coped very well. The HIIT exercise was a good test for me. I’ve been having falls lately not because I got weak legs but I’ve been tripping a lot lately. So doing this excellent exercise is a good find. Excellent video Mike. I can’t thank you enough.

Did this with no problem and really felt that I was getting a good cardio workout! I absolutely love it when you tell us to put a smile on our faces! It's at that point that I realize how serious I am !!!

Thanks Mike done this twice. Cardio I enjoy as I cannot run because of a knee injury, but can do it sitting.
