About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

This could also be called the Mom Series 😆 I’ve got limited alone time and really love effective 30-minute barre, pilates and yoga videos 🙌🏼💪🏼

Your sock/slider Pilates ones are KILLER. At first I kinda hated them because of how crazy hard they are lol but now because of your sock Pilates my core is so strong in a way it has never been before. I love how strong I am getting! Thanks 😊

I really wanted to give up after first two moves, but I’m glad I stuck with it and gave it my all. I look forward to coming back and hopefully feeling stronger and stronger each time. Thanks so much for these videos. They have helped me so much as a mom of three young boys! You’re right, I definitely feel empowered after each one!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I'm way long married at 53, but doing this for the challenge. First time with slow movement sliders, absolutely loved this, so effective. All the best!

I can no longer afford my crazy expensive boujee Lagree Megaformer gym… found this video today and was SO excited to get the same kind of dynamic workout AT HOME!!! You rock!! There is seriously no workout like this!

So glad you mentioned rehabbing a hamstring because that's exactly how I found you a few months ago! Specifically looked for low-impact NO LUNGE workouts and now I'm here! Not pain-free yet but hopeful :)
