I left my last job because it was believed my customer service skills weren't in harmony with the company's delivered expectation; however, in the course of my time spent at my last job, I've experienced a positive connection with vendors, coworkers, and customers alike. In the end, I realize not to take things personal, and that I can't please everybody!!

Excellent advice as usual, but that's why I always say, "never be brutally honest."

There was not enough challenge in my old company, besides, they refused to become digital and would still insist on using snail mail. At some point, I realized my old company was not ambitious enough for me and was not open for a change, so I started looking for new opportunities that would allow for my skills and experiences to be utilized at full capacity.

Even though I may have short term contracts via an employment agency at companies I am worried that some employers may see that I was bored and that I can't hold down a job, I can' t do anything about agencies contracts via employment agency, as agency staff can be release/let go at anytime. I will use positive language if asked why I was want to leave or left my job at my next job interview..

Sir Richard, thank you so much for these amazing videos. I have been binge watching your videos for the past months and I got hired last night. Your voice was in my mind when I was asked this question on the video. I said the exact same thing to the interviewer, and she was amazed. I got the job right away :)
May the Almighty bless you always :) :) :)

I work for a company located in the united states remotely from another country.
I reviewed my job salary online from payscale and glassdoor and I saw that $15 was the average per hour rate of my current job with $20+ being the highest,

My current salary with them is $6 per hour which I also saw online that the minimum wage a worker can get in the united states should be $7.25 per hour. ($10 is the lowest in this job position)

They also don't have any employee benefits, they say I'm an employee but I feel like a contractor.

I know they aren't bound by these laws since I'm outside of the us

This is my first time working in-house without any outsourcing company, I wanted to ask if there's anything I can do? I've worked in this profession for over 4 years, but this is the first time I'm working directly without outsourcing from my country.

My house is about to be torn down if I can't make much money in time

I didn't know where else to ask, any help would be appreciated!
