2 Exercises you need to implement to IMPROVE SHOULDER ENDURANCE 💪 The shoulders are mobile but often times lack stability .. a lot of people work on shoulder strength but many people overlook training shoulder endurance.
You can perform both of these shoulder exercises to improve shoulder stability, decrease shoulder pain and minimize shoulder injury risk. The physical therapy patient in this video is using kettlebells for these shoulder movements. But, you can use dumbbells or even a barbell. The kettlebell just allows all of the weight to sit and challenge the body a little bit differently than the other pieces of equipment.
Before trying these shoulder exercises for shoulder endurance and shoulder pain, be sure to start with a light weight, or even just try walking back and forth with your arms in the air. If that causes shoulder pain, then these exercises may not be right for you.
