Muffins ~ cure for any bad day!
Everyday is muffin kinda day , so make these amazing and yummiest chocolate banana muffins! Quick n simplest recipe ever!
Ingredients 🌸
1 big size banana
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
Few drops of vanilla essence
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder ( optional )
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips or chocolate crunches
Mash banana in a bowl and add oil , egg , vanilla essence and sugar. Mix until sugar get dissolved!
Now add all dry ingredients and mix.
Add chocolate chips and mix it all well , transfer in muffins moulds and add some more chocolate chips on top!
Bake at 170C in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done!
Serve these cuties with your favourite coffee!
