2 Large Eggs
60ml Vegetable Oil
120ml Whole Milk
1Tsp Vanilla

250g Self raising flour
200g Caster Sugar

80g Chocolate chip

Bake 200c (Fan) 7 mins
then
Turn down the oven to 170c Bake for 13 mins (or until a toothpick comes out clean)

For anyone needing help converting ML to cups and grams to Tablespoons, Or you just live in the U.S., Here you go:

250 ML= 1 cup
80 ML = about 1/3 cup
60 ML = about 1/4 cup
1 ML = 0.00423 cups

1 Tbsp = 21.25g
250g = 1cup
200g = about 3/4 cups and a t-spoon

Given you want to make your muffins something other than chocolate chip substitute it for your desired flavor.
Baking for dummies crush up some Oreos and crumble those in instead of chocolate chips. Personally I think they would also be good with berries you could even use frozen.

This is a very short video and she could fit in the video the ingredients, how much to put in she even showed us how much time and at how much degrees to bake it.I made the muffins and they were the best I have ever tasted and you don’t need much ingredient’s!!!
