There’s nothing better than a freshly baked warm banana muffin with oozing melted chocolate chips served with a glass of milk, tea, or coffee, they are just so good!

I made these muffins yesterday with half the amount of sugar and 2 tablespoons of powdered stevia sweetener instead. I also used wholegrain wheat flour, because I only had that one at home.
They turned out great and still moist the next day!
I'm sure the flour folding technic is the key, because I have never made such fluffy, airy muffins as these!

Just made these ! They were AMAZING! instead of 3/4 cup of sugar I add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and they tasted perfect ! (As the rest of the sweetness comes from the bananas) totally recommend this recipe !! 😃
