Thanks, Dr! In my country, it's hard to get oat groats or steel-cut rolled oats. Most places sell instant oats (2 to 5 minutes cook time). Here's how I prepare my oats. I soak the oats plus chia seeds plus psyllium husk (1 tablespoon of each) in water, to which I add 2 or 3 tablespoons of either apple cider vinegar or whey from yogurt/kefir, for anywhere from 12 hours to 36 or more. When I'm ready to eat, I cook the fermented oats with full cream milk and often add cocoa powder. I also add cinnamon and any nuts or nut butter I may have to my porridge, and eat it for breakfast. No sugar or fruits added. It's not really delicious, and it's rather tart, but I'm doing it for health reasons. I often eat something else for breakfast, usually eggs. I'm often so full that I don't do lunch! What do you think of this idea, Doc? Thanks again. Love your channel!
