How to Adjust Screen Size & Aspect Ratio on Old Samsung TV (16:9, Screen Fit, 4:3)

Do you want to know how to adjust the screen size and the aspect ration on an old model samsung smart tv! You can press the picture button on your remote and then it will give you options for aspect rations like 16:9, 4:3, fit to screen, smart view 1, smart view 2! If it's grey out go to the TV source or input!

Someone hellp me please when i adjust the scren size for scren fit after a couple minutes it will restart the scren automatic on th 16:9 i did change the screen a lot of time but it will restart what do i do please!!!
