How To Adjust Screen Size On Xbox Series X/S

Got an old Panasonic Viera TV, doesn't work 😖. It changes the aspect ratio yes, but keeps the image, just increasing and decreasing the black bars

Is this basically adjusting your fov in games that don’t have it in settings for console players?

My TV has very limited options for aspect ratio. You got full, fill, just, 4:3, and Zoom. There iw no 16:9 option. No way to adjust it by default. The full one is the best but it cuts off decent portions of the screen. I struggle with some games because important things can be cut off. Guess my TV is too old. It's a shame you can't adjust margins from the Xbox itself.

In order to fit your size to the television you're connecting to the power has to be off from the Xbox for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Then and only then will you get the opportunity to actually fit your screen inside of the television you're viewing it from.

though helpful to some, if you are expecting to be able to adjust your screen size without a tv's remote, it isnt viable...(i have an old sony flatscreen that didnt come with a remote when i got it)

My tv comes with 4 aspect ratio settings and now of them are big enough

Useless, fix your title so it's accurate, you're not changing the Xbox picture youre changing the tv picture
