How to Fix Desktop Overscaling when using TV as Monitor Through HDMI Using (AMD) *subtitles*

Always check your TV first if there is any overscan settings inside the TV. if not, then follow my instructions

If your TV/monitor has more than 60hz just select the highest and see if HDMI scaling is working. 4K resolution should work too

hdmi scaling wasnt working. all the other "how to" videos i watched never mentioned resetting the screen refresh rate to 60 hz, which fixed the problem! appreciate it
