How to Fix Wrong Screen Size - Windows

I shut down my Dell laptop computer, and when I restarted it, there were annoying black strips / black bars on either side of my screen. I went into control panel - display to try to change the resolution or something but nothing worked. I say that other people on the internet also had similar problems in the discussion forums, but there was no solution. This video show how to fix that annoying problems of black strips cause by the screen being improperly sized.

thanks! I was playing around with the settings and if its up and down, do what he did until 1:30 and press "scaling" and put full screen!
