January 6, my current weight is 65 kg, I will do exercises for a week and I will tell you the result, my goal is 50 kg, by doing exercises to lose weight fast, I hope to reach my goal in three months after my birthday.

Love your workouts!! So happy i have found your amazing channel!!!
Im on my weight lost journey and doing your workouts 5-6 times a week with calorie deficit plan and strength training. Its been already 2 months and i have lost 22 pounds.

So my weight is 58 kg and my target is 48 kg i will try this for 1 week without any sugar or junk food so lets hope i will keep upadating

Urcite nie .Je to o stalombritme a stalej tepovej frekvencii .Takze iba ak by ten človek nic cely tyzden nejedol a cvicil. Je to cisty blud. A nakoniec najlepsie sa prave preto chudne original Zumbou a telo sa najlepšie vytvaruje Pilatesom a Jogou.
