In this series, Kru Chris will be providing you 3 part Home Workouts consisting of "Warm Ups", "Technique" and "Conditioning".

In this video, we bring you Technique Part 1/3 - Basic Footwork.

Kru Chris takes you through practicing your basic footwork, consisting of:
1) Basic Angles
2) 4 Directional Movement: Forward, Back, Lateral

Practice this in your shadow work in a focused and precise manner.
