Pushups and shin ups work the upper body, sit ups the core, squats the lower body and burpees the whole body! The best informational video I've seen! Now just combine it with yoga, a basic run and Muay Thai training!

Dips 100%. Also I’d get a pull-up bar where I don’t have to curl my legs up, you unlock more gains when you can pull all the way up from a full body stretch

My daily morning is like:
10 minutes jumping ropes
2x5 minutes continuous punches
2x5 minutes continuous kicks
10 minutes bear crawls
5 minutes burpees
10x20 seconds sprints with 10 seconds rest in between
10 minutes shadow boxing

No breaks besides in between sprints.

My favs are bear crawls which I would suggest adding into every workout tbh.

Bag time 100% has helped me a lot just go get a flow and spend at least an hour nothing hard or crazy just tech

Excellent simple and effective. Those are the top 5 calisthenic exercises in my opinion. Can be done almost any where. The only thing needed is a bar to hang from motivation and dedication.I would do it as a circuit. This routine works your how body and you are also doing cardio at the same time. Retired Navy Seal Chadd Wright says those are the only 5 exercises you need on his 3of7 channel on YouTube. Its a awesome routine in MHO. Thanks for sharing this routine. Only thing I wanna know is, how many reps for each exercise?how many rounds of this circuit should one do? How much rest in between? Should it be done as a circuit or each exercise done individually? I would do it as a circuit 5 to 10 rounds depending on fitness level.1 minute rest in between sets.#CBW..Calisthenics beats weights😂 I know many will disagree and troll. But it's my opinion. To each its own. Truthfully it doesn't matter what work out you choose to do, the important thing is doing some type of work out. Motivation and Dedication is what's important. So put the phone down pick up a weight or jump on a pull up bar. Whatever works for you 🦾
