Day 4 done. Feeling relaxed. Thank you. Every morning I push my self to do this challenge. Once I star yoga takes me towards to do more. It gives motivation to do more. Once the session gets over I feel like I need more it's ended soon

Day 4 done. It was an amazing session. There was soreness in my body due to yesterday’s practice but after completing today’s session it has become better now and I feel so relaxed and calm. Thanks a lot

#Yogbela my body was aching due to yesterday's yoga, but today, u relaxed it moree.. really ur yoga hits the right part. I was thinking of not doing yga for a day as i was sour, but seeing the title, i decided to do it. I am glad i took that decision.
