We'll start with something that everyone loves to do, which is opening the hips and lower back. It's easy for us to accumulate tension and tightness in these areas from sitting all day and driving or commuting, so it'll feel awesome to unravel all of that nonsense and get back to balance :)

I can't believe I never hit "like" on this video until today. I've literally been using this wonderful yoga-flow since Erin originally posted it in 2016! It's my favorite way to chill out after a work out and continue to move and open up my hips. ALWAYS feels good because I'm not very flexible!

Erin, you are the reason I started yoga. I've now taken 2 teacher trainings since I started yoga 3 years ago. Anyway, when I fall away from my practice and can't seem to find myself coming back to it, I always come back to your 30 day yoga challenge. Thank you!

When this first came out I did this challenge and was sooo proud of the progress I made in just the short amount of time I did, especially when I could do a head stand later on. I remember feeling so strong. Starting over 2 years later for my anxiety and just have to say this girl is the best teacher ever. Thank you Erin Motz I tried other YouTube yoga challenges because I had forgotten your name but they were def not as informative and motivating as you! 💓

I took this challenge way back when and I was 30 lbs lighter and 2 kids less. I searched for ever to find you again and so glad I found this routine again!!Day 5 completed and in the books!!!

have been working on that stacking leg position for about 5 days now. I must say, yoga has never been my thing and I thought I was the opposite of flexible, but I see a difference already. Seeing progress is what keeps me going. Thank you @Bad Yogi for making these awesome challenges so clear and simple for almost everyone!

Hi Erin!

First off, I absolutely love your energy and enjoy your videos so much. I giggled when you corrected a grammar mistake - I love your genuineness. Today was day 1 for me and I loved the sequence. As life has it, I (more like my ego) was resisting the practice even though I knew I wanted to do it. My mind has been racing all day and I knew a yoga class would be just the cure. Funny how my hips were what I wanted to focus on and long behold, that's what today's focus was. Double pigeon has become one of my favorite poses and downward dog is always a "classic". I've never been big on reverse table top but it felt amazing today.

Thank you for sharing your practice; I'm so excited for the days to come. Namaste🙏🏼

Ok that was so wonderful. You are so easy to follow along with. I had a baby 4 months ago and have not found anything that was my flow. This is perfect start. Thank you
