The first question comes from Steven, who asks, "How will a Biblical diet help me reverse type 2 diabetes?" Steven, I love your question, and I commend you for looking into the Biblical diet. If you’re not already following it, I highly encourage you to start.

When we eat real food, our bodies get exactly what they need to heal. Experts in natural health agree on one thing: real food heals. Although there may be differences in opinions about which specific real foods are best, the truth remains that real, God-given foods have the power to heal. Type 2 diabetes doesn’t come from eating God's foods; it comes from processed foods.

So, how can a Biblical diet help? Here are the three key steps:

Increase Fiber Naturally: Eat more fruits and vegetables, which are packed with natural fibers that help balance blood sugars. Skip the Metamucil and get your fiber from God’s foods.

Consume Real Protein: Opt for whole grains, legumes, and animals raised as God intended. These proteins nourish your body in a way that processed foods simply cannot.

Boost Antioxidants and Polyphenols: These powerful compounds are found in many natural foods and are essential for reversing type 2 diabetes and promoting overall healing.

Question 2: Addressing Chronic Inflammation with a Biblical Diet

Love to e Daniel fast!
No meats, breads or anything with yeast, no “pleasant foods” ie desserts or sweeteners.

Forces you to check labels because you’d be surprised how many prepared foods have yeast in them!

How did get to always questioning food our grandparents live long lives and never obsessed over foods. Have we progressed in this country. In European and Asian countries they just eat natural food.
