I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 14. I am 22 now and till date no doctor or dietitian has explained it to me the way he has. This video and the video where he explains PCOS have both educated me a lot and I am gonna start with his diet plan and exercise regime from now on.Thank you!!

The doctors I went to kept giving me medicine and telling me what NOT to do with my PCOS. This video offers what is the actual beneficial things for recovery, and that’s where hope and confidence and method of self-discipline come from. Very much appreciated!

I do not have enough words to thank you. I visited a number of doctors, but none of them even remotely referred to how closely these issues are related to a person's diet. I learnt a lot from your video and after implementing the changes in my diet, I have, in a reasonably short time overcome the issue of irregular cycles. And have also recommended this video to my friends going through similar problems. God bless you!

My girlfriend is diagnosed with PCOS although the actual reason for it's occurance are manifold
All you need are three simple steps
LIFESTYLE CHANGE (SHE SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF EVEN MORE, BE SURE IN KEEPING HER HAPPY AND SMILING )
EXERCISE (30-40 MINS YOGA, WALKS ETC.)
FOOD(DIET)
trying my level best to support her, prayers will be appreciated 😊

The only brown dude who isn't ignorant towards women with PCOS! This makes me so happy to know that are still a few educated men who do understand how much a woman may struggle with their PCOS! ❤️

Watching this brought tears to my eyes. I have gained 10 kg in 2 years without realizing it until now when my old clothes don't fit me any more. I am extremely worried about my weight and the way I look. I don't have anybody pumping me to do better and eat better everyday, so Iam gonna rely on the likes this comment gets as a constant reminder to not give up. Wish me luck on my journey guys!

I feel like PCOS has tormented my life from age 14 to now 37. It's taken my fertility, my body shape, my happiness and mental state. I'm thankful I ran across this video and I will used this information to hopefully get a glimpse of who I use to be. Thank you so much!

I am a gynaecologist and the incidence is so on the rise due to the food we are consuming. This video gives the best diet solution. It makes it easier to explain the diet. I am going to recommend this video to all my patients with PCOS.

As an overweight PCOS patient I want to say that this video was ON POINT. Low carbs is the one and only way to control this issue. As for girls who are underweight, check with your doctor on your exact problems. Sometimes underweight women have a high androgen/male hormone level and that is also one of the causes of PCOS. So it's not like PCOS always means lose weight. It also does not mean that just because you are underweight you can eat whatever you want. Please invest in eating healthy fats and maybe 2 portions of fruit instead of one like it is suggested. This will lead to a healthy weight gain without compromising on PCOS.
Also please do not underestimate the power of strength training. Ladies! Lift the damn weight. So many Indian women just dain to do weight training. Gain some structure to your body and develop some muscle strength. It will help you long term.

I have PCOS and never in my life no doctor could explain to me it was related to insulin resistance, I kept wondering why it was so hard for me to lose weight, desperate I went out, search and EDUCATE myself as he says. I am happy every day this information is more available for other girls. THANK YOU! And very well explained by the way :)

I’m diabetic and have been asking my doctor for help on losing weight after my second baby. For some reason it seems impossible even after eating healthy and exercising. I would in fact gain. She only cared that my A1C was good so her numbers were good. For almost 5 years she’s been upping my insulin intake and I just can’t anymore. The good news is her nurse practitioner has helped me along the way and we’re starting a new plan with less insulin and more diet and exercise. She said not call it a diet and to call it a lifestyle and I couldn’t agree more. So excited to implement your “diet”!
