Emotional chord progressions on Piano! Here are 5 simple and effective chord progressions that are a little more emotional-sounding. Inspired by existing emotional pieces of music, I dive in to which diatonic chords you can apply to a mix of major and minor key signatures and hopefully inspire you to play around with them. My favourite chord prog is the subdominant minor, it’s eveywhere, from Eagles to Pink Floyd. I love playing it, so satisfying. I’m gonna have to try the others as well. Really liked the one that resolved to the borrowed C major, gave an uplifting sense of hope to a very melancholy start. Thanks!!
