Started undereating by 500cal / day and exercising an extra 500cal / day, based on an earlier video of yours. Some days it is way more.

I'm starting to see results slowly, which is the best way. In the past I have found that extreme measures are impossible to maintain. By making small changes that become habitual over a long time it breaks the old habits that kept me with high body fat.

Also, and I know this is not a popular one, I've pretty much stopped drinking. Not saying I'll never drink again, but for now it sems pointless drinking calories.

I like this channel, it deserves to grow quickly 🙂
