This video instantly reminded me of when the Norwegian government made a map of "no-fly zones" for civilian drones, inadvertently revealing where each and every single secret installation was located. Or at the very least, revealed where a *lot* of them are located. They might've kept the super-top-secret ones hidden, Idk.

IIRC, there's also a bus or tram stop near Oslo monikered "Natoanlegget", meaning "The NATO facility/installation", which is meant to be a secret location. 🤦‍♀️

That's a massive failure purely on the part of the service members.
I was overseas when Snapchat released their location sharing feature and we were all briefed on what a massive security threat that was for us and that we were absolutely not allowed to use it as well as reminded that we were not to ever share our locations with other apps or people.
Worth noting as well, I'm pretty confident the Italian base in Djiboutian isn't a secret. There are many nations based there (US, Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, China, India) as part of a global effort to combat piracy off the Horn of Africa as well as terrorist organizations in the region such as Al-Shabaab.
