Hello everyone. My name is Vadim Ranss, and I am 54 years old. I have over 30 years of experience in training.

In this video, I perform a 5-minute simple and effective ABS workout for all levels of fitness.
Perform 2-3 rounds daily.
Each exercise will be 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
If you find it difficult to complete the exercise, pause and then resume.
Don't worry, your level will improve over time.
These exercises can be performed at home or anywhere else. You only need a fitness mat to get started.
Also, remember to keep an eye on your diet and get enough rest.
