Thanks for the video. I appreciate that you fast forwarded through the tedious screw removal that so many others have viewers sit through.

Thanks, disconnecting and reconnecting worked for me! I wonder when the next issue will be. It sucks that those replacement parts aren't easy to find

Thanks man! I have this dishwasher, same troubleshooting up to the removal of the board - I will follow your lead and give it a shot! Will skip the bonus screws..!

Thank you for the video very helpful. I still had to take that bracket off in order to get that whiteboard out. I did see that other video. It was a different board now I have to wait half hour. I have my fingers crossed.

Replace the 2 fuses on the board. A couple bucks for a couple fuses.

When I took my apart the Green Flashing, was your green light flashing prior to you disconnecting all connections on the Control Pannel?

i have this same dishwasher, slightly different model number, but looks the same. mine is not drying the dishes, have replaced the heating element. it was actually bad, but still not helping. i also replaced the vent fan and the high limit thermostat. i am going to try to do what you have shown here and see if that helps. i am guessing this was just kind of "reboot" ?? how long did you leave it unplugged?

Hey! Thanks for your video, I'm having an issue with the fuse on my board and I cannot for the life of me figure out the amperage on it. In your video, it's the little red-brick-colored fuse with the white dot on it. Mine had a white dot which covered the amperage so I have no idea what to replace it with. Would you happen to know?

How do you get the screws out that are up in there? I only have a straight screwdriver (does not articulate)

Check power at house main electrical panel, then check wall outlet, THEN disassemble dishwasher...

I don’t have that problem with mine. There are no lights as though there is no power. I unplug it from the power socket. Wait about 30 seconds plug it back in and it comes back to life and works perfect . And it will work several times and then I will have to unplug it again for 30 seconds plugged back in and then it works again. It made you 10 or 20 dishwashing cycles before I have to unplug it again.

Our dishwasher model gdt630pmm0es is not heating either, I replaced the heating element but it didn't help. I have seen some other videos showing ge dishwashers that have a float and heat switch located in the drain sump area that you can replace. After pulling ours apart it doesn't have the same switch as others do. Anyone out there have any advice?

So I've heard that if you're LED, green light is flashing on the main board that you're good to go. If it's solid green, it means it's lost communication with the user interface board which would be the one on top for selections and then I guess if it's solid red that means the motherboard's bad

Ok…first off…for what he accomplished, which was to reset the control board, all he would have had to do was either unplug the power cord or trip the breaker feeding the dishwasher for a few seconds. To reset the board using the interface panel at the top of the washer you can push and hold the start and cycle buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. The only reason you need to take the board out is to test the continuity of the board to verify the board is still good. Also, with his model, he did not have to remove that metal strap to get the board out. Just the lone screw in front of the control board on the metal strap. Then unplug the power to the board and the user interface wiring harness plug. He did way too much work to accomplish the same thing.
