Meet Monika 👋
Monika Joshi is Rangeela’s BollyCardio Fitness Instructor. She is trained in Bollywood Fitness, Zumba, toning & muscle conditioning, and water aerobics. Originally from Toronto, Monika has been living in Seattle for just over 4 years. She is also a Kathak and Bollywood dancer. Monika is very excited to be sharing her passion for dance fitness with you all! 🙌🏼

I followed all the steps till first 6 minutes and then I got so much carried away that i ended up dancing like a sadak chaap tapori🤣🤣🤣

a little late but i absolutely enjoyed this short but effective workout! love the songs used and how the workout is made of actual dance steps! also love how the last song is for cooling down ☺️ please do more of these kinds of videos!

Omg, this is amazing. I haven’t watched a single Bollywood movie in my life, but I have recently been really enjoying listening to the music and working out. This routine is exhausting- in a good way! So much fun.

Great for someone not a beginner and not too disabled or lacking in energy. This is a moderately paced video at the least. Love your lighting, it looks so modern . Please make slower videos hor the less energetic and disabled. The assymetrical arm movements are impressive and artistic but hard to follow at this pace. Also those with certain common orthopedic problems cannot jump but need low impact, including half jacks for the jumping. A tutorial, with slower pace and low impact option describing the movements would be great for nonstressful transitions with the movements.

I really loved that they showed high impact and low impact, it really helped me, I followed low impact, as I am a beginner.
