This is a superb exercise! I used to play football (Soccer) at a fairly high level, training 4 times a week (3 hours a day) 1 match day per week with 1 day devoted to fitness with a PT for 90 minutes. I picked up many injuries along with way and not too long ago i had to undergo surgery, after my recovery and finishing University i am back on the road to being fit and healthy like i once was, i went from just under 15 stone and really unhealthy to 12st 10lbs in literally 3-4 months. Joe knows what he's talking about and doing that's why he's known worldwide, absolutely class act and role model to those wanting to become fit and healthy.

I wanted a 15 minute hiit so chose this. It has a bit of everything and I enjoyed it. Poor Joe with sand everywhere 😂 I appreciate your sacrifice Joe, thank you x
