Now the summer is coming this tank top arms workout helps you to tone your arms and shoulders to make them look good in your favorite tank top.

The workout requires some kind of light weights like dumbbells and takes only 10 minutes. It consists of one set of 5 minutes (5 exercises), which is repeated twice.
