A lot of the calories come out of the tortilla so be mindful on what kind you are using. I like the Siete or Carb Balance ones.

Avocado Crema:
1 Avocado
1 Bunch Cilantro
4 limes, juiced
1 cup greek yogurt
sprinkle of salt
and little drizzle of honey
thin out with some water depending on what consistency you like

I used fat free chedder cheese. Use whatever cheese you like.
