This is great, but how do you reheat so they aren't soggy or hard as a rock once frozen? This seems to be my issue.

I imagine you hopping on the foccacia bread trend and using it as the bread, that way everything can be layered like a cake and then sliced and all fit together!

I think I would use a cookie cutter to cut the egg and cheese so they fit on the English muffin, you could use the leftover pieces of cheese and eggs in a chef's salad or something like that.
