I've been tracking my calories for years now, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 4 🥜

NUTTAB 🔎

If you didn't know, most if not all food items in calorie tracking apps are all user created which is why you can find a lot of incorrect food items.

If you're trying to look for something that doesnt have a nutritional label, then the Australian Food Composition Database will be the most accurate website to grab the calories from.

Luckily, most food items on there have already been put into the food libraries so all you'd need to do is search up the food item and put the word "nuttab" after it.

For example:
"Chicken breast raw nuttab"

If you still can't find the food item you are looking for, then you can find the complete list on the Australian Food Composition Database website itself.

Once you find the food item you are looking for, most food calorie tracking apps should let you create your own custom food item to let you create the new food you found!

This should save the food item in your food library and allow you to reuse it without having to go back to the website to look for it 🙌🏼

On my journey to lose some weight and retain as much muscle as possible. I used to be 230 lb 5’11 now I am 199 as on Your calorie tracking tips and low cal food videos were so helpful. You also have a hilarious personality. Thanks for inspiring me and thousands others. Keep going!!!

- Vegetables 30 calories/ 100g
Fruits 60 calories/ 100g
- A plate of complete meal with rice or other carbs 200 calories / 100g
- Bread 300 calories / 100g
- Sweets and chocolates 500-600 calories / 100g

Been back testing for a while and it’s pretty accurate when you don’t have time to look it up.

Cronometer gives you access to the NCCDB which is even better, imo.

I have watched many self help videos at one point i just gave up watching them.
but as i put in the work and faced problems and hardships. i have unknowingly grown a lot myself.
