I either have my tongue pressed hard against the roof of my mouth or I'm biting my teeth. Both of which cause discomfort. Any idea why that could be?

I can eat fine, but when my whole tongue is at the roof of my mouth, i can't even breathe through my nose. Am i doing something wrong? 😅
