When i do i can only hold it for a few seconds because when i start breathing from my nose the back of my tounge just drops

I literally cannot do the suction hold if my life depended on itt. I’ve done it multiple times in the past BY ACCIDENT but never knew how to replicate it and these tutorials don’t seem to help me.

Guys please do not do it Untill you know the actual position and method, because even a smaller mistake or slightly wrong position can cause asymmetrical face, initially it would be less but after sometime you will realise discomfort in your mouth and jaw.
Trust me it’s worst thing, would be better if don’t do it Untill you are ready for consequences.
Just a friend advise based on experiences.
