Fix Your Uneven Hips In 3 Minutes

1. Gravity Drop
🔹 Stand tall with your feet pointing straight ahead, shoulder-width apart. Place your hands on a counter or wall for balance.🔹 Slowly lower your heels down, letting gravity help you align naturally.🔹 Hold for about 3 minutes to stretch your calves, align your hips, and restore balance to your body.
2. Pole-Assisted Squat
🔹 Grab a sturdy pole or support, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.🔹 Keep your weight evenly distributed across both heels as you lower into a squat.🔹 Retract your shoulder blades, keep your stomach relaxed, and hold for one minute to strengthen your lower body and stabilize your pelvis.
3. Lateral Side Leg Raises
🔹 Stand with your body in a straight line and toes pointed forward.🔹 Keep your knee straight and lift your top leg slowly, focusing on controlled movement.🔹 Perform 20 reps per leg to activate your glutes and improve hip alignment.
