I took kendo at 15 and I had most kicks down.. At 58 I stretch and this video is taking me over the top, knee up on the snap back is what I see and attempt to grasp. My visualization makes it easier every time I make my reattempt. Thank you for the high level of inspiration. Massive PEACEOUT ✌

On the next video if possible could talk about punching cause thats the only area im not sure how good I've understood the fundamentals. Also would love to see you talk about people that learn to fight through experience on the street and almost zero training in martial arts
