Essentially, knowledge is one thing but mindset, is the gatekeeper to success. He is very refreshing to hear speak, certainly one of my favorite guest. I personally am struggling with mindset, especially on Mondays they are the worst. I would love to work with this fine fellow.

mindset is important as figuring out what and how to approach and see certain things in a traders mindset is a total must.

But I meet a lot of traders who out too much importance into their mindset as trading is really about execution and to be able to use the data and organize it all to make better decisions.

Trading will definately put into all sorts of situations therefore experience is what gives you wisdom in the longrun

Maybe I heard wrong, but the experiment example around 21 min is actually the Stanford prison experiment and the shock part is a different experiment Milgram set up
