@00:12:00 he says that he's not saying that repeating "everything is going to be OK" is going to help. My experience is that it does. I had a problem for months and couldn't shake it. I went to the Doctors and one of the first things she said is "don't worry we'll fix it." As soon as she said that, I knew my problem was going to be fixed and almost instantaneously it was. Her words with her position of authority convinced me the problem would be sorted.

I thought about how can i change my way of thinking because I was getting in trouble alot and i thought maybe i wasn't grown enough to know better than to be thinkingthe way i was thinking? then I kept thinking about it. it change me, when i though about how CAN i be grown enough to know better than to be thinking the way i was thinking? i didn't know at first then i thought about it some more.

find out why we act now today the way we act when it comes to negative things where did the root of our negativity in the first place.mind was with my parents. i start intentionally acting out because i was tired of being treated the way i'd been treated so in started lashing out tearing things up. any was when i found out when, and why .i had to for give them cause they proably didn't know how to raise me wanted the best for me, or both it had to raise a child cause you can't read a child's mind.
