OVERTHINKING: Reasons, consequences and solutions

Показать описание
Hi there, I am Anastasia Ntalamanga and I love talking about mental health!
Why? Well, because it matters so much.
Are you an overthinker? Welcome to the club! In this video I describe why we overthink, the consequences of it and possible solutions. We can be in control of this beautiful chaos we call “mind”. It just takes a bit of practice.
~ I always make sure to translate my videos in Greek and Spanish (the languages I know), in order to reach more people and be more inclusive, hope you enjoy :) ~
