Sadhguru’s teachings changed my life & health. I took his dietry advice, stopped eating meat, started eating 50% raw food and found my true Self. Here’s what’s happened; lifelong Asthma disappeared, hayfever too, mysterious itchy heat bumps on skin gone, liver problems cured, no more gout, lost 2 stone in weight (a lot for a 5’6” tall white English guy in his 50’s!) and got rid of the big belly. My daily desire for alcohol vanished and other harmful tendencies like consuming sugar & caffeine dropped away. I went from a meat eating, overweight, heavy drinker to someone who feels younger, healthier, eats one meal a day, swims 2 miles 3 times a week - all thanks to Sadhguru & Inner Engineering getting me on the right course. It is a combination of facts. I am yet to wear Rudraksha ( I wear Tulsi mala) but rest all things i have practicing. My stress is no longer there, from a near fatal stroke, i am back to normal.

Good advice! And I'll add to it a bit. Dont forget to breathe very deeply when you're stressed out. Just stop for a second, and take a deep breath. It helps calm our systems immediately 🙏

Just eating more foods from plants that are high in fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients are most important.
Natural unprocessed foods are much better for us than processed foods that have added sugars and no fiber/nutrients.
For example, if you eat rice and curry is much better than eating anything at McDonalds.
