I used to think that tickle in the back of my throat was from dairy. I have experimented with myself and it turns out to be from wheat.
It's takes 24 to 96 hours to go away.

Last year, I bought a Mockmill from Breadtopia. I collected organic wheat berries. I bake with freshly milled wheat sometimes. It’s very delish and hasn’t caused me any problems. It bakes different. Makes you realize how nasty store flour is

I was having problems. Went on for months. Kept a food diary and could not figure it out. I knew I had massive problems with grains and not as massive with lugumes.
But I could not figure out what new food caused the problem.
Then I saw my husband making his pasta. He put the strainer back in the cupboard without it being washed. Found my problem.

Fasting can help undo the damage and heal the gut and immune system, both of which can be damaged by a long term wheat heavy diet!

I've learned grains, seeds, nuts, legumes have phytic acid which block nutrients, soaking overnight or fermenting reduces the acid. 10, 000 years ago people were hunter gatherers, and people who go back to that experience health.

I remember the glucose tolerance test where in order to see how you handle glucose; you drink a whole lot of glucose. Better to never let one drop ever enter your body from the start.

I used to think I was one of the few with a problem with wheat. Turns out many around me are having the same issue and have been cutting out gluten completely or using enzymes.
