Heard in the podcast you were going to start putting these out. That is a great idea. Shorts I can share on FB and my friends and family will watch them. Then I can teach them stuff and why I am doing what I am doing. I have no idea how to share IG stuff on FB so this is fantastic.

I first heard of you just this morning. I started listening to Mike Rowe and Chuck discuss health and eating issues with you on Mike's video entitled "The Genius Behind My Fans' Weight Loss - Vinnie Tortorich/The Way I Heard It With Mike Rowe." What you all said made great sense and now I am scrambling to catch up by finding all of your videos on the subject. Thanks for all the great info!

Hello Doc. I think Brenda Davis's approach about whole grains are great. Most of the time, we think about grains as flour foods or products. They can be eaten as berries actually, and be included in salads, soups, porridges. Greetings

leafy greens has all the fiber you ever would need plus much more nutrients than any other food group. that's why buffalos are so big and strong

You can easily blunt the glucose spike with fat and protein. I've always had cinnamon, organic grass fed butter and home made organic kefir with my organic oats. I have no idea what a glucose spike feels like.

Subtract the fiber from the carbs which equals net carbs! Also fat and protein blocks glucose spikes . So eat strawberries with Greek yogurt.

Would like to see your data on this and not just take your word for it. I'm tired of trusting everyone on YouTube with an opinion not showing any data. You don't even attempt to on here. Maybe that's where your pay to watch documentary comes in.
