Triangulation is when the narcissist decides to pull in a third party to rain down more terror on you. Overall it's a very negative experience that continuously minimizes you.

One of the truly sick things they do is get others to try and make me self conscious, I went to have dental work done, and because I was worried about having things done they saw this as an opportunity to make me feel bad about myself, which they love, so sick!especially if I clean up and feel good about myself, They will start getting people to act like I have something wrong with my mouth, covering there mouths, pointing at there teeth constantly while talking to me, tucking there lips in to cover there teeth, like trying to get me to mirror them, which usually I'll smile, because it's so low and shameful, these little things they do trying to make the target to feel bad about themselves, what's the deal? Are they just that insecure, or do they hate the target feeling good about themselves? Why are all these people willing to do evil foe a stranger, to a stranger? It's the craziest experience I've ever had!

That’s it, we did not have and so did not loose anything! But in the run we did not see it, just exhausting ourselves to please these „monsters“ .

The narc got her flying monkey on side and then it was set up time. He lead me and others to the lions den.

Her exact words trying to triangulate me via text. “I miss you as a friend. It would be super cool if we could still hang out. If he and I got things figured out in the very near future, would you be down??” My response. “That isn’t going to happen. There are two options at this point. We get back together, or you two go have your own fun.” No response to that text and this was three months ago…..What a scumbag.

She tried this and it didn't work. Dumped her two months ago and I will never go back !!( note : But when I treated her the same way she treated me, it only enraged her further : example " when she glued her face to her phone I'd do the same like texting other girls in front of her:Basically mirroring her back to her self... soon she'd say I don't like who we are together..

Days after I left it behind...

If you want peace of mind, you will probably have to be done with the narcissist friend's, you will know who's your real friends are, just keep your business to yourself and only talk to your real friends.👍 up Jess and survivors and thrivers 🙏🦋 there's no pleasing the narcissist, please yourself and walk away and go no contact 👍
