This video presents Facts related to milk and some recommendations.
Many people think that the saturated fat found in animal products like meat and dairy can lead to heart disease. However, in the last several years, research has shown the opposite.

High-fat dairy may outplay the low-fat one
For adult women who are looking for a way to lose weight, whole milk is more recommended than low-fat dairy. Recent research on children ages 1-6 shows that there is a higher intake of vitamin D and lower BMI in those who consume high-fat dairy than those consuming low-fat one. Such positive findings have also been found in adults.
Milk is often processed before being sold in the market.
Most kinds of milk in the store go through a specific process before they are put on the shelves, from pasteurization, homogenization to centrifugation.
All kinds of milk are the same in terms of nutrition
All nine essential nutrients including protein, calcium, potassium and B vitamins are found in all varieties of milk from whole to fat-free.
The term “synthetic chemical vitamins” may sound scary to many people but they simply are fortification designed to combat rickets, just like additional folic acid in grain products to lower the risk of neural tube defects in babies.
Fat-free does not contain added sugar.
The sugar you often see listed on the label of a milk product is, in fact, the natural milk sugar called lactose.
Recommendations may change.
According to the Dietary Guidelines and the American Academy of Pediatrics, over-two-year-old children should not drink whole milk to limit calories from saturated fat. But thanks to some more advanced studies in saturated fat, many agree that there should be a shift in that advice and stop blaming the saturated fat in milk and other foods for the increasing amount of calories in the body.

Used to drink whole milk every day from as long as I can remember until about 20 years of age. Then I jumped on the band wagon of skim milk for some reason, being somewhat more health conscious and not wanting to be overweight ever in my life and then realized skim isn’t all that it was made to be. Then I stopped all milk and bought in to almond milk etc etc milks which I wish I never waisted my money on for years to be honest. Recently back on whole milk at age 37 and I couldn’t be happier that I feel better with a piece of mind I’m getting extra quality calories and calcium. But just recently seen a video milk raises estrogen levels in men. I’m gonna keep on having my two cups a day and see how I feel but I don’t want to have to skip my whole Milk ever again like I was. Any ideas about the estrogen statements being true? Also to mention I did stop and start milk products over the years as I would get back acne over night after a glass until I found the right probiotics that worked for me and this issue. Now it’s been months of drinking whole milk again, feeling great about it and don’t want to stop. So far so good 😊
